Dolly has a background in the media, entertainment and retail industries, with a sharp focus on U.S.-India business in these sectors. She designs and executes marketing and brand building campaigns for the Indian film and TV industry in the US market, and also advises Hollywood based companies on doing business with Indian film industry. Dolly has also arranged several delegations, conferences, and media relations for some of the top names in the industry, including getting credits for arranging high-difficulty productions. In her non-profit activities, Dolly has conceptualized and led nationwide grassroots campaigns in the US, and also earlier in Botswana, where she served as the elected President of the Indian Association of Botswana, and also served as a founding member of the media and entertainment sector of the US India Business Alliance, a bilateral forum for promoting U.S. India trade.
